RECIPROCITY is a transversal and retrospective book on Jean-Baptiste Huynh photographs. The images selection has been made by Tom Penn, based on 30 years of photography work in about 25 countries. The book introduces with a sensible and poetic portrait written by Emanuel Ungaro. Intimate and elegant, this book, conceived by Jean-Baptiste Huynh, and of a great printing quality, brings together more than thirty colour and black & white images, chosen among all works realized by the artist: Portraits, Nudes, Twilight, Mirrors, Fire … A letter of Irving Penn, the father of Tom Penn, is reproduced in the book, a testimony of reciprocity of gaze that Jean-Baptiste Huynh maintains with the people he photographed.
